Travel services in the southeast of Ireland faced further disruption today following yesterday's heavy rain.
Iarnród Éireann said bus transfers operated earlier today between Wicklow and Arklow on the Dublin to Gorey/Rosslare line due to flooding on the line yesterday morning.
However, rail services have now resumed.
In Co Wicklow the main bridge across the river Avoca in Arklow has re-opened.
Black ice
Meanwhile, AA Roadwatch says black ice is a problem in parts of the country, with slippery conditions reported on several routes.
AA Roadwatch is urging people to drive with extreme care on all routes.
