Investigations by the gardaí and the Health & Safety Authority are continuing after a man died in a workplace accident in Dublin last Saturday.
The incident happened in a lift at the Blue Bar in Tallaght at around 6pm.
Inspectors from the Health & Safety Authority attended the scene on Saturday and again today.
The man who died was in his mid-20s.
