A 41-year-old man has tonight been charged with the murder of two British soldiers and the attempted murder of five other individuals at Massereene Barracks in Antrim on 7 March.
He has been charged with a total of eight offences; two counts of murder, five counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
He is expected to appear at Larne Magistrates court tomorrow morning.
