A woman in her late 70s has died in a house fire in Co Clare.
The fire broke out in a house in Woodcock Hill, Cratloe, at about 8am this morning.
A man who was in the house at the time was not seriously injured.
Gardaí were at the scene and are investigating the blaze. It is not yet known how the fire started.
