An 18-year-old was taken to hospital following a house fire in Rathmines in south Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
Four units of Dublin Fire Brigade and an ambulance were called to the house at Walkers' Cottages at 3.45am.
A fire in the bedroom of the house was brought under control within an hour.
The 18-year-old was brought to St James's Hospital with minor burns.
