The Prison Officers' Association has welcomed a decision by the adjudicator in the dispute over clocking in for prison staff.
The dispute between prison management and the POA over where the clocks should be placed resulted in two work stoppages by prison officers last December.
Prison officers had argued that they should not have to go through security screening before commencing duty and therefore the clocks should be placed before and adjacent to the security screening areas.
