Two men are still in a critical condition in Waterford following a party in the Ballybeg estate in the city over the weekend.
John Grey, 23, from Ballybeg and 21-year-old Kevin Doyle from Viewmount in Waterford city are on life support machines at Waterford Regional Hospital.
There has been no improvement in their conditions.
Both men were admitted to hospital following a party at which damp cocaine was eaten on Sunday morning.
A 25-year-old man is still in custody in relation to the drugs being brought to the party.
He will appear in Waterford District Court tomorrow morning where he will be charged in relation to the matter.
Another 19-year-old man was arrested this morning in Waterford city in relation to the same incident.
He is being detained at Waterford Garda Station.
