Northern Ireland Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness has said that the Ulster Unionists and the SDLP have become 'problem parties' in the power-sharing executive.
Mr McGuiness made his comments after SDLP and Ulster Unionist MLAs voted against part of the Draft Budget Proposals, while the parties' three ministers in the Executive declined to support the draft plan.
The Ministers had earlier supported the draft programme at an Executive meeting.
Mark Durkan and Sir Reg Empey rejected the claims that they were problem parties, saying that the DUP and Sinn Féin were involved in 'control freakery'.
