Northern Ireland is to receive £114m from the European Social Fund towards job creation and skills improvement over the next six years.
The money will be targeted at disadvantaged groups, including the disabled, single parents, older workers, young people and women with none or few qualifications.
It is part of a £3bn allocation for the UK.
