Two shooting incidents took place in Limerick city in the early hours of this morning.
A number of shots were fired at a house in Delmege Park in Moyross shortly after 4am.
The front sitting room window and the front door of the house were damaged in the incident. The second shooting happened at 5.45am at Lenihan Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston.
Two shots were fired through the front window of a house.
There were no injuries reported in either shooting.
The gardaí are investigating both incidents and technical examinations are being performed at the two locations.
