A man arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Magherafelt, Co Derry, has been released without charge.
A second man is still in custody.
The body of a 40-year-old man was discovered early yesterday in the hallway of a house at Baron's Court in Magherafelt.
His name has not yet been released.
