Results of a post mortem examination on the 17-year-old boy who was killed in Dunboyne in Co Meath in the early hours of Friday morning has showed that he died from gunshot wounds.
Sumbo Owoiya, originally, from Nigeria, was killed when a shot was fired through the hall door of the apartment where he lived.
A woman who was being questioned in relation to the shooting has meanwhile been released without charge.
A file is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
