Gardaí have seized cannabis which may have a market value of €750,000 in Rathkeale, Co Limerick.
Members of the Limerick Divisional Drugs Unit uncovered 98kg of cannabis resin and 2kg of cannabis herb during a planned search of an open area yesterday.
The seizure, depending on the results of forensic analysis, has an estimated market value of €750,000.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
