All six crew members have been rescued from a fishing vessel, which sank off the southeast coast.
The two remaining uninjured crewmen were rescued at around 12.30pm and taken to Waterford Regional Airport.
The 'Arca' reported that it was taking in water shortly before 9am.
It is believed the vessel is a beam trawler, registered in Belgium.
The Coast Guard dispatched its search and rescue helicopter from Waterford airport and successfully winched four men from the 75-foot vessel.
The four, three Poles and one Belgian, were taken to Waterford Regional Airport. They are uninjured.
Two other men had remained on the vessel, trying to pump out water, in an effort to save the boat which was fishing around 48km southeast of Carnsore Point.
Following their rescue, the boat was abandoned.
