Two more men have been charged in connection with last week's cocaine haul in west Cork.

40-year-old Joe Daly with an address at 9 Carisbrooke Avenue, Bexley in Kent and 44-year-old Martin Wanden, with no fixed address who is also known as Anthony Claud Linden, both appeared before the District Court in Skibbereen.

Mr Daly and Mr Wanden were charged with the possession and possession for sale or supply of cocaine on 2 July at Dunlough Bay, Mizen, Goleen.

Both men were remanded in custody to appear again before the court in Clonakilty on 17 July.

One man has already been charged in connection with the seizure, a fourth man is still being questioned by gardaí in Bandon.

Meanwhile, the sea search for stray bales of cocaine in Dunlough Bay has ended.
