Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident in Limerick city in which a man received pellet wounds to his shoulder.
The incident happened at around 8.30am yesterday morning at a house in the O'Malley Park area of Southill.
It is understood the victim received the wounds after a dispute at a party in a house in Galtee Drive.
A number of shots were fired at a house nearby several hours later and gardaí believe the two incidents are connected.
