A 44-year-old man has been given a four-year sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for possession of stolen property and the unlawful use of two cars three years ago.
David Lynch of Claddagh Road, Ballyfermot, in west Dublin was found guilty of the unlawful use of two cars, one at Lower Rathmines Road on 13 November, 2004 and another at Harold’s Cross on 14 November, 2004.
Lynch, who also has addresses at Harold’s Cross Road and Pembroke Lane, Donnybrook, was further found guilty of possession of stolen property at Harold’s Cross Road on 15 November, 2004.
