Gardaí have launched a murder inquiry after a man died from stab wounds following an attack in Swords, Co Dublin, yesterday.
Two men have been arrested in connection with his death.
The 27-year-old man, who is from Latvia, was stabbed in the leg just after 3am yesterday morning at Oaklands Avenue in Swords.
He was taken to Beaumont hospital and was later transferred to the Mater where he died shortly before 10pm last night.
Two young men aged 19 and 24 have been arrested in connection with the incident. They are being detained at Swords and Malahide Garda stations.
