Gardaí are investigating a gun attack that occurred in Coolock in north Dublin shortly before midnight.
Shots were fired from a green coloured BMW car at the front door of a house at Bunratty Road.
The house was occupied by a family at the time but nobody was injured in the incident.
The car sped off from the scene without any headlights on and was last seen turning into Adare Park.
