Gardaí are investigating whether or not a fatal house fire in Co Tipperary was caused by an arsonist setting a wheelie bin alight outside the building.
Anne Marie O'Neill, aged in her 50s, lost her life after the blaze at her home in Elm Park in Clonmel this morning.
The woman's husband escaped through the back of the house.
He is being treated at a local hospital with minor injuries.
The fire broke out at around 5.30am.
It is thought the house fire may have started after a fire in the bin outside spread to a parked car, igniting its petrol tank.
Garda Superintendent Chris Delaney said a number of bins had been set on fire in the area.
The State Pathologist has been contacted and a Garda Crime Scene Investigation team are carrying out technical examinations.
