A survey indicates that most businesses are not happy with the length of time it takes for letters to be delivered by An Post.
The survey, published by the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg), shows that 20% of businesses now use providers other than An Post to deliver their post.
Businesses spend €8,019 a year on average on their post.
