Two men have been arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of Damien Dowdall in Dublin in January.
Mr Dowdall was shot on Leyland Road in Clondalkin on 23 January.
Gardaí recovered a double barrel sawn-off shotgun, cartridges, and €10,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis during a number of searches in the Clondalkin area this morning.
The two men, aged 20 and 36, were arrested at separate locations and are being held at Clondalkin Garda Station.
