Gardaí have issued an appeal on behalf of Greater Manchester Police in connection with a woman who has been missing for eight years.
Dorothy Carre, 64, was last seen on 11 March 1999, when she left Manchesterto travel to Ireland to work in a charity shop.
She is described as 5'0’’, of heavy build, green eyes, greying and permed hair. She wears a signet ring with the initial 'P'.
She was last scene at 111 Crumpsall Street, Bolton, Gtr Manchester. She lived at 8A Blackthorn Road, Limeside, Oldham, Gtr Manchester.
