At least 42 people have been killed in a bomb attack in a market area near a Sunni mosque in western Iraq.
A fuel tanker rigged with explosives went off as worshippers left the mosque.
The attack came just hours after Iraq's Prime Minister said sectarian killings and kidnappings had fallen in the wake of a new security plan in Baghdad.
