The father who was granted a High Court injunction yesterday restraining the registration of his baby girl's name says he is withdrawing his legal action.
The development came in a statement released through his solicitor.
The man said in view of unwelcome media attention and in the obvious best interest of the little girl he would withdrawing all legal proceedings unconditionally at the earliest opportunity.
