A row has developed between the GAA and the Croke Park Area Residents Alliance over upcoming concerts at the stadium.
There had been agreement which stated the alliance would take a number of tickets and would withdraw their ojections to the concerts finishing at 11pm.
But the alliance on Friday said they wanted an extra 1600 tickets for upcoming soccer and rugby internationals in return to wirhdrawing their objections to the late finish.
The GAA has refused to allocate the further tickets and the upcoming concerts will all now finish at 10 pm.
According to the GAA, the extra tickets would have cost an additional €1m.
