A 33-year-old Belfast man, convicted of the Shankill Bombing, has been returned to prison after his early release license was suspended.

Seán Kelly was one of two men who bombed a Belfast fish shop in 1993 in which nine civilians and his accomplice died.

The Northern Secretary, Peter Hain, said he had received security intelligence that Mr Kelly had become involved again with terrorist activity.

He said he was suspending his early release licence with immediate effect.
