Vanunu charged with violating parole

Israeli authorities have charged the former Israeli nuclear technician, Mordechai Vanunu, with violating the terms of his parole.

The charges relate to Mr Vanunu's interviews with the foreign media and defying a travel ban.

However, he told Reuters news agency he would continue speaking to the press, despite the charges.
