Former US President Bill Clinton met with the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, this evening.
The Clintons then attended a private dinner in Farmleigh before travelling to the North tomorrow.
Mr Clinton spent around two hours signing copies of his autobiography at Eason's bookshop in the centre of Dublin this morning.
Around 1,500 people turned up for the book signing.
About 60 people had camped outside the bookshop on O'Connell Street overnight to ensure their place in the queue.
