The killing of a second Moscow magazine editor has prompted calls on the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, to do more to protect journalists.
The body of Payl Peloyan, who was editor of an arts and literature magazine, was found with knife wounds and bruising to the face at the side of a Moscow highway.
Earlier this month, Paul Khlebnikov, the editor of the Russian edition of Forbes magazine, was shot dead in northern Moscow.
