Saudi Arabia's King Fahd has offered an amnesty to terror suspects who turn themselves in within a month.
In a speech delivered on his behalf by Crown Prince Abdullah and aired on state television, the Saudi King said those who surrender voluntarily would be treated according to God's law.
It comes after Saudi authorities killed the oil-rich kingdom's al-Qaeda leader, Abdul Aziz al-Muqrin.
