Gardaí have arrested an anti-war protester outside the Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis.
The 35-year-old man from Co Down was arrested under public order legislation and is being held in Killarney Garda station.
A small group of protesters have been staging a demonstration outside the Ard Fheis.
Earlier, gardaí prevented a number of them from approaching Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen.
