Four youths accused of killing teenager appear in court

Four students have been before the Dublin District Court charged with manslaughter. They are accused of killing 18-year-old Brian Murphy outside the Burlington Hotel in Dublin last August. The four, all aged 20, were also charged with violent disorder in connection with the incident. They replied "no" or "not guilty" to the charges and were released on bail to appear in court again next week.

Mr Murphy from Clonskeagh in Dublin died after a fight. He suffered a number of blows to the head during the fight, and died from the injuries. Gardaí arrested the four young men this morning.
