A retired builder has told the Flood Tribunal that he introduced James Gogarty to the former Dublin assistant city and county manager George Redmond. However, 82 year old Batt O'Shea, who at one time was a business partner of Joseph Murphy senior, said he couldn't recall when the meeting took place.
