Gardaí have located the MG sports car that was used in this morning's double shooting at the Red Cow Inn in West Dublin. Two men are still recovering in hospital with serious injuries after the car pulled up and a passenger fired two shots with what is believed to have been a sawn-off shotgun.
The club doorman was hit in the shoulder and a man standing close to him was wounded in the chest. The car then sped away. The Car was found in the West Dublin area just before three o'clock, however Gardaí say that it is too early to say whether they are following a definite line of enquiry. This is the second shooting incident in the Clondalkin area in a week. A man was shot at in Riversdale last Sunday.
