The Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) fired plastic bullets in clashes with supporters of the Donegal Celtic soccer team at an Irish Cup Match at Windsor Park in Belfast. Earlier this week the High Court in Belfast upheld an Irish Football Association ruling that the match couldn't be played at Celtic’s ground in west Belfast for security reasons.
