The Stevens Inquiry team investigating collusion between the North's security forces and Loyalist paramilitaries is to question an Ulster Defence Association (UDA) leader, Tommy Lyttle, who was among a group of men arrested in Belfast this morning. The office used by the inquiry team was badly damaged by fire last night. John Stevens says his inquiry will not be impeded as there are copies of all documents destroyed. It has not yet been established if arson was involved.
