At the International Food Exhibition (IFE) in London, Agriculture Minister Michael O'Kennedy launched an innovative new cheese product developed by the Charleville based Golden Vale Co-Operative. It is said to be a major technological breakthrough in the Irish food industry - the first of its kind in the world.
