Championship debuts for Keith Galvin and Jason Sherlock as Dublin overcome Louth.
Dublin begin the defence of the Leinster Football Championship title by beating Louth at Navan. Although the the winning margin was 9 points Louth scored the only two goals of the game. Stefan White's goal after 45 minutes brought Louth back to being just two points behind. Dublin then scored five points in a row to end Louth's fightback.
Two Dublin players made their championship debuts Keith Galvin started at corner back while Jason Sherlock was introduced as a first half substitute. Shown here is the impact Sherlock made inside a minute when he was brought down resulting in a penalty. Paul Clarke's shot was saved by Louth goalkeeper Niall O'Donnell.
