Louis reflects on the challenges he faced setting up Boyzone. Persuading a record company that with the right backing an Irish pop group could be a success. He says he just happened to find the right five guys for the band and then got Polygram Records behind them. It is a lot of hard work for the five young men with little time off.
I was looking for guys that wanted to be pop stars.
Louis Walsh is currently putting together his next boy band, 'Over The Top'.
