Taking advantage of the long weekend people depart from Busáras the Dublin central bus station.
The first Monday of June is a bank holiday. Although the forecast is for unseasonable weather, plenty of people are taking the opportunity to leave Dublin for the long weekend. Many of them are departing from the central bus station, Busarás.
There is a queue to embark on the bus destined for Letterkenny in County Donegal. Expressway's Donegal Express pulls away from the station. Another bus has the town of Searcóg (Shercock) in the east of County Cavan as its destination.
