Two students from Mount Temple Comprehensive School show the jewellery they designed and made.

Rebecca and Adele are transition year students at Mount Temple Comprehensive School who took part in a school metalwork competition. They were happy to take up metalwork as, according to Adele,

It is becoming more of a girl's subject.

Their challenge was to try and gauge future fashion trends and to put in practice skills learned in metalwork class. In producing her earrings of the future Adele looked to recycle items to create more environmentally aware jewellery.
