Over one thousand guests and friends gather for a wedding celebration in Galway.

Guests travelled from as far away as America and Australia to attend the wedding of 21-year-old Marie Delaney and Dublin building contractor Fergus O'Neill. The bride, arrived in a 250 year-old horse drawn coach.

It was a no expenses spared wedding.

The bride's wedding dress was adorned with antique lace at a cost of £2,400. The bridal party was made up of 10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen and five flower girls. The wedding cake had 16 tiers to feed the 600 invited guests.

The Bishop of Clonfert, Most Rev Joseph Cassidy married the couple.
