An after show night flight for every member of The Late Late Show audience.
The Late Late Show brought its catch phrase "There is one for everyone in the audience" to a whole new level when the entire audience were brought on an Aer Lingus flight. Aer Lingus was celebrating its triple win in the Irish Travel Trade News Awards, as the best airline on UK, Europe and Transatlantic routes.
There's a seat in the 737 for everybody in the audience.
After bidding Gay Byrne farewell all of those who had attended The Late Late Show were given a Garda escort from RTÉ to Dublin Airport. There they boarded a midnight flight around Ireland and were treated to a starlight supper. The plane was renamed the Saint Gabriel for the night.
Gary McCann, Group Chief Executive at Aer Lingus describes the event as a wonderful night for both Aer Lingus and its customers.
