A man has drowned in an incident in Carrick-on-Suir, Co Tipperary.
Gardaí and emergency services are at the scene near the town centre.
Carrick River Rescue and the local Civil Defence are also assisting.
The body of the 25-year-old man was recovered this afternoon.
