Daughter of former TD Seán Ardagh, Catherine Ardagh is a first-time general election candidate. She unsuccessfully contested Dublin City Council’s South-West Inner City ward for Fianna Fáíl in the 2009 local elections, before taking a seat in Crumlin-Kimmage in 2014.
