Gardaí are attempting to identify the body of man discovered in Dublin city.
The man’s body was found in the water in the Grand Canal at Percy Place in Dublin 4 this afternoon.
The body was taken to Dublin City Morgue and the coroner was notified.
The results of a post-mortem examination will determine the course of the garda investigation into the death.
