An estimated 8,000 people attended a careers event in the Convention Centre in Dublin with the hope of finding a job with some of the world's most innovative employers.
Around 100 employers participated ranging from social media giants to companies in the financial sector.
Amongst those recruiting at Career Zoo 10 are Twitter, Accenture and Bank of Ireland.
Most of the jobs on offer were in innovation and information technology.
Prospective employees were told that it was a paperless event, and were encouraged to share their CVs digitally with employers they met at the event.
