A man has appeared in court in Co Tyrone, charged with the murder of his second cousin in Coalisland last weekend.
37-year-old Declan Quinn died after being hit by a car on the Gortgonis Road on Saturday morning.
Today, Anthony Joseph Quinn, from Maplebrook Hill in Coalisland, appeared before Dungannon Magistrates Court charged with his murder.
The 21-year-old will appear in court again next month.
