The Irish Avaiation Authority has announced that restrictions in all Irish airports will be lifted at 6am.

23.14 Italy and Germany have reopened their airspace but restrictions are in place in parts of Portugal, Spain, Austria and the UK.
20.45 – IAA update:
Based on current information, Dublin, Cork and Waterford Airports remain open until at least 7pm tomorrow.
Shannon, Ireland West (Knock), Donegal, Sligo, Galway and Kerry will all open at 6am and will remain open until at least 7pm tomorrow.
17.46 Austrian aviation agency Austro Control said it would shut down the nation's airports, most of them until early tomorrow morning.
17.45 Italy has reopened its airspace.
Southern German airports in Munich, Stuttgart and some regional airstrips were closed at 2pm until further notice.
16.32 Ryanair and Aer Arann have cancelled all flights to and from City of Derry airport up to 5pm.
Aer Arann has confirmed that this evening's service from and to Dublin will operate normally.
Ryanair has confirmed that all remaining services scheduled to operate to and from City of Derry this evening (Stansted, Faro and Birmingham) will operate on time. Passengers are advised to check in for these flights as normal.
14.20 Statement from the Irish Aviation Authority:
Based on current information, Dublin, Cork and Waterford airports will be open until at least 1pm tomorrow, Monday, 10 May.
Shannon Airport will remain open until 7am tomorrow.
Donegal, Sligo, and Ireland West (Knock) airports will operate normally until 3pm today, Galway 4pm and Kerry 10pm, after which they will close.
These closures will be reviewed later this evening.
14.00 A spokesman for easyJet said customers travelling to and from northern Scotland, France, Portugal, Germany and parts of Italy and Spain should check their flight status on the company's website before setting off.
12.00 Ryanair has released extra Dublin and Stansted flights to/from Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife for Sunday today and tomorrow which disrupted Ryanair passengers can now transfer to on ryanair.com.
11.00 Aer Lingus has confirmed that several flights have been cancelled between Ireland and France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Croatia.
However, not all destinations within these countries have been affected, some flights will operate as scheduled.
Customers are asked to use the Arrivals/Departures Information link on aerlingus.com for up to date information on their flight.
9.55 Aer Lingus say it has some cancellations today due to the volcanic ash cloud.
It has cancelled some flights from Dublin to destinations including Paris, Zurich, Geneva, Lyon, Dubrovnic, Nice and Milan.
9.53 Ryanair says there is some disruption for Irish passengers today - primarily for those travelling to destinations in Italy.
Flights to Pisa, Bologna, Milan and Turin are facing disruption today - as are routes to Porto in Portugal.
Ryanair says it no cancellations to any destinations in Spain so far today.
9.23 Airspace above parts of France, Italy and Portugal has been closed and dozens of flights cancelled.
French authorities said the cloud forced the suspension of about 20 flights at the airport in Nice, the nearest international airport to Cannes which is to host its flagship international film festival in three days' time.
9.19 Several Spanish airports in northern Spain including Barcelona have reopened after they were shut yesterday.
The civil aviation authority in Spain has said only three airports remain closed, all in the north-western region of Galicia, and that these might open from about 10pm. They are Santiago, La Coruna and Vigo.
8.45 The volcano is still moderately active and by this evening, due to an expected change in wind direction, there is the risk that the plume may drift again over Irish airspace, and may affect Irish airports, especially on the West Coast.
8.40 It is likely that some Scottish airports will be closed this morning due to the ash cloud, Highland and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL) said.
A statement on the HIAL website said Barra, Benbecula, Kirkwall, Inverness, Stornoway and Tiree airports are expected to be shut until 1pm.
